Ice cream with Nordic fruits & berriesAt our dairy – Svaneke Ismejeri – we make traditional dairy ice cream using Nordic fruits and berries. We use no artificial additives of any kind. Jersey cows grazing on the Baltic island of Bornholm supply the prime raw ingredient for our dairy ice cream. And our ice cream is sweetened with local Ibsker honey. In our dairy ice cream parlor, open from Easter to the autumn half-term holiday, you can try our freshly-made dairy ice cream and sorbet.
